Louvigny Chocolatier [& Biscuits] developed and perfected their own recipes. They chose to use simple but technically stringent production methods. This process is the result of a thought on simplicity, right and unequivocal taste, appropriateness and quality, and is aimed at respecting raw materials and focusing on flavours and authenticity.
Chocolate in all its forms, macarons, moist biscuits and “travel” cakes, sweets of yesteryear made from classical products such as almond, chocolate, caramel... or unexpected flavours like sesame, Belgian cinnamon biscuits “speculoos”, prunes, bush peaches...
